Summary The Hours: Shifts between 8am & 4pm. Weekends required. This role will be required to cover holidays and absence with the possibility for additional hours.This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but were looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, youll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.As a Team Leader will support the team daily to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.Using your excellent attention to detail, youll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role and you may be required to support the kitchen team when necessary.You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
