Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA), 25-35 hrs/week, for Maternity Leave cover contract, starting in November. As Excecustive Assistant, you will support the Healix International CEO and provide organisational administration, co-ordination andplanning support.You will also:

  • Monitor all meetings and activities and manage busy constantly changing calendars. Brief on meetings and keep schedules efficient
  • Compose high quality correspondence as required
  • Manage corporate events, Leadership meetings and organisation matters
  • Prepare for town hall meetings and circulate organisation announcements
  • Build relationships with key senior level contacts
  • Liaise with the Directorsfor coordination of Board papers and meetings
  • Confidential and complete discretion of all Executive / Board matters and materials
  • Support the Facilities team with specific projects

  • Solid Executive Assistant experience in a similar role, having supported C-suite Executive Officers or Directors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Executive level administrative experience where professional andconfidential information is dealt with discretely and withsensitivity
  • Detail oriented and proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sound judgement and decision making, with high degrees of initiative
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and strong interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with both executive team and employees
  • Strong presentation, and highly developed communication and organisational skills
  • To be forward thinking and a proactive organiser, exercising sound judgement and a realistic balance among multiple priorities within a pressured timeframe.
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust
