In this Business Development Manager position you will expected to generate new business as well as interacting and collaborating with clients and prospects daily to ensure they are given the support they need and continue to derive the maximum benefit fromour training programmes.Client DetailsOur client is based in Esher and are a leading tech based research management solution company for learning and research institutions and theyre consistently on the rise, looking to expand there team all the time to achieve the best results.DescriptionKey responsibilities for this Business Development Manager:

  • Developing new business and reaching out to prospective customers
  • Managing and delivering on sales pipelines
  • Running targeted outbound marketing campaigns
  • Assisting customers with online demonstrations
  • Processing all in-bound customer orders
  • Resolving customer problems - working closely with the technical team
  • Establishing meaningful contact with prospects and clients, building relationships, recommending appropriate training support to encourage repeat business
