We are big enough to support you with professional distribution, campaigns and training, yet small enough for you to see the real impact your work has.Your role will involve mobile working to assist the Shop Manager during busy periods or to cover days off, absence and holidays. You will have previous experience of supervising a team as the role may require managing shops in the absence of the Manager.You will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work within a team and manage volunteers and a passion for working towards targets and supporting the Hospice.You must be able to travel between our shops in the Surrey area, including Leatherhead, Epsom, Teddington, Sunbury and Weybridge, amongst others.
