Job Description

LSH Auto UK is currently seeking an IT Specialist (Digital Workflow) for our dealership in ErdingtonAre you knowledgeable about ITIL frameworks and have experience of working within 2nd or 3rd Line supportDo you have working knowledge of project management within ITIf so, this may be the right role for youThis is a new role to support transformation within the LSH UK IT and across the wider organisation. As we work towards digital transformation our aims are:

  • LSH UK systems and services that work first time, every time, which are responsive to employees needs and present the most relevant information clearly and intuitively.
  • Digital solutions, services and workflows that work in synergy with our excellent staff
  • Technology that supports staff in getting the job done, simplifies or even automates routine tasks, doesn’t get in the way and liberates staff to deliver the best possible experience.
  • We now have a fantastic opportunity to build further on recent changes and we are now looking for an individual to join our small (but perfectly formed!) team to help us introduce Digital Workflow, automation and intelligence which will deliver efficiencies and improvements in service delivery to our workplace community.Working with a range of stakeholders you will ensure digital workflow has user-centric design at its heart making services and solutions more accessible, easier to navigate and easier to work with enabling our staff to deliver the best possible experience.You will have a passion about making technology simple and enjoyable to use and be able to spot opportunities for achieving improvements. You will also need a balance of strong business and communications skills along with the technical skills to design and build digital workflows and automation.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.Reporting to the IT Project & Service Delivery Manager this role will sit within ongoing projects and business as usual contributing holistically to the overall success of the LSH UK IT Function.Main Responsibilities:
  • Driving the success of LSH UK websites through innovative management and close liaison with 3rd party suppliers
  • API management and integration
  • Microsoft o365 Forms & Sharepoint
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Constantly look for ways to improve business processes and align IT systems
  • Respond to colleague enquiries and provide support when required
  • Propose recommendations for process improvement
  • Run or assist on departmental projects when required
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Website design highly desirable. In particular HTML, CSS, Visual Design, UX.
  • Knowledge of APIs and their functionality essential.
  • Knowledge of O365 highly desirable, particularly Forms and Sharepoint
  • Experience working on systems integration projects, business transformation programmes, or service automation initiatives highly desirable.
  • Experience working to ITIL frameworks essential
  • Awareness of Project management methodologies, particularly Prince2 and/or Agile
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively essential.
  • Good technical communication skills required
  • Able to work with different priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
  • Adaptability and a can do’ attitude will be warmly welcomed
