The school believes in developing children socially, mentally and morally as well as academically to give the children the best possibleopportunities for their futures.The primary school is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring enthusiasm, passion and experience to the classroom.The successful candidate will:

• Have a background in care or special education needs
• Be warm, Kind and caring
• Understand ASD
• Have a nurturing approach
• Have the ability to work as part of a team

• Providing support for a student with ASD inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
• Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
• Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
• Ensure that the pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
