Job Description

Berry recruitment are looking to recruit 4 x van drivers for a position starting immediately in Epping for a temp to perm position on nightsJob descriptionWe are seeking to recruit drivers to make multi-drop deliveries of breakfast consumables, refreshments, fresh produce and snacks across Essex.Were looking for candidate:

  • Are comfortable working 5 x 8 hour night shifts a week, typically Sunday night to Friday morning
  • Are confident to drive a refrigerated long wheelbase van to locations across the City of London and Essex (a working knowledge of London and Essex is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided on delivery routes and navigational aids).
  • Can accurately load and complete daily deliveries in accordance with operating policies and delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain and clean vehicle provided.
Essential requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license (minimum 2 years) with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
  • Ability to lift loads of 20kg.
  • Have a "can do" attitude and the willingness to "go the extra mile" for customer satisfaction.
What our client is offering :
  • Competitive Salary starting at 26k per year rising to 28k per year after successful completion of a trial period (typically after 3 months).
