Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals and objectives. Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support operational needs and strategic initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Professional Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive finance leadership experience. Industry experience: Proven experience experience working within an SME/OMB business. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive informed decision-making. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
