Job Description

Are you a Human Resources professional with a desire to positively influence HR strategic initiativesA professional services firm in Leicester have a tremendous opening for a Senior HR Business Partner with the business working towards a 4-day work week along with existing hybrid working.The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive strategic HR projects to facilitate the achievement of business objectives. This opening will be the face of the HR department, actively endorsing and promoting companyculture which fosters an engaging and high-performance working environment.The requirement is seen as a trusted advisor for business activities, being subject matter expert on employment laws and regulations, including succession planning, restructuring, as well as collaborating with the different function areas, nurturing employeeprofessional development.This highly influential position is a great step forward for a proactive, strategic thinking human resource professional, identify trends and use insights to drive decision-making and be viewed at the ambassador for human resources.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership team, understanding business goals and develop strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and senior leaders, providing guidance, coaching and support on various HR matters
  • Involvement on areas such as succession planning, organisational design, employee relation, workforce planning and performance management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for the organisation
  • Supervision of Junior HR Business Partners, promoting their professional growth
  • Design and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the performance and well-being of the workforce
  • Lead Initiatives related to TUPE transfers inclusive of stakeholder management, due diligence, consultation, communication and integration of transferred employees
What we are looking for:
  • Working towards CIPD qualification or QBE with Human Resources
  • Demonstrate understanding of employment law and Human Resources procedures
  • Great interpersonally, with ability to communicate cross all business levels
  • A strategic attitude with the capability to innovate and drive change
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Whats on offer:
