An incredible opportunity for a HR Business Partner has arisen within this value led professional services firm, based in Leicester.The HR Business Partner will assist the HR Manager on human resources focused initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations matters which include recruitment, training and employee development as well as implementation of policiesand procedures.Being heavily influential in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment delivers the prospects of gaining exposure to a wide and diverse range of human resources topics but also be at the forefront of driving continuous improvements throughout the team.The HR Business Partner would be an excellent career move for a professional seeking to grow their career, working towards their CIPD and be proactive in developing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across the team.Employee engagement is at the heart of the business and is working towards a four day week as well as other benefits.Responsibilities:

Support change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of new policies, procedures, and programs.
Participate in HR initiatives and projects to identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Assist on resolving complex workplace issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance / absence improvement plans, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
Contribute to recruitment activities including resume screening and taking part in interviews.
Knowledge and application in relation to TUPE, transferring stakeholder information, due diligence and integration of employees
Collaborate with Finance to validate payroll-related data and resolve any discrepancies
Management and responsibility for the overall configuration, and maintenance of the HR related systems to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for managers and employees on HR-related topics, ensuring understanding and compliance with policies and practices.

What we are looking for:

Working towards CIPD qualification or QBE with Human Resources
Demonstrate understanding of employment law and Human Resources procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
