Work Pattern: Mon-Thurs 8-5 Fri 8-2.30 Main Responsibilities The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to the business for warehouse automation and connecting systems providing investigation and root cause analysis for any system issues.Creating and maintaining KPI measures and supporting the smooth running of the warehouse systems and automation. This will take the form of system governance and compliance to ensure that process and systems are being used as designed.Working with all the Automations System Controllers to provide a robust level of support for Autostore/SAP and other connecting logistics servers.Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with Encirc Health & Safety operational procedures
  • Identify and maintain system compliance dashboard and KPIs
  • Second line support for all Autostore calls
  • Manage local support tickets through Remedy Force support Portal.
  • Weekly meetings to review calls and KPIs with TBA and ASCs
  • Investigate and root cause any system issues escalated to 2nd line support
  • Work with ASC Team to create daily/weekly/monthly scorecard and review
  • Work with internal customers to ensure visibility and understanding of AW system performance
  • Create and coordinate system testing in accordance with suppliers instructions, create visibility and maintain communication to all relevant departments
  • Control the implementation of changes, and relevant training required, aligned to Training and Development
  • Identify and implement innovative ideas for improvements to the warehouse operations. Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems
  • Actively engage with the continuous improvement team and all activities around the role
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in warehouse systems essential and Autostore experience desirable
  • Highly skilled at system analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to coordinate across teams
  • Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets & graphic packages
  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Literate & numerate
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation
  • Experience with Autostore is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience with Oracle SQL reporting is desirable but not essential
  • ISTQB testing qualification or testing experience is desirable
