Job Description

Summary Are you looking for a new opportunity If the answer is yes, then this role might be for you!On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a RECYCLING YARD OPERATOR to ensure the successful operation and control of the Encirc Beverages waste and recycling yard. Package Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Discretionary BonusBenefits youll love:

Work Pattern: 4 on 4 off days only, 12 hour shifts Total Hours 39 hours Main Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility of all packaging materials used in the Beverages site
  • Ensure that all waste is segregated, recycled where possible and sorted correctly
  • Ensure skips, bins and waste receptacles are collected and emptied correctly, cleaned and replenished in accordance with production requirements. Waste area to be kept clean and tidy to our BRC Standard
  • Load/unload trailers and transport to designated areas on/off site to be unloaded and returned
  • Assist in Filling Hall where required to assist with production and rework operations
  • Key figure for any business improvement projects in Sustainability and waste disposal
Ideal Candidate
  • Full Shunter driving licence
  • Full FLT licence & experience
  • Able to work under own initiative and able to prioritise workload accordingly
  • Flexible attitude and approach
  • Good communicator
