Job Description

Are you looking for production role Do you want to work in a leading manufacturing business based in Cheshire With temp to perm opportunties and plenty of work read on as we may have the perfect role for you!Rates: £9.53 (Days), £11.92 (Nights)£14.30 (Weekends work)Shift work will be required.Overtime available with enhanced rates.The Role:Responsible for the efficient running of the work area in the Filling Hall. Ensuring process and packaging operations are delivered to company standards for safety, product quality and customer expectations. We are looking for hands on individuals that havea good safe work ethic.Other responsibilities to include:

  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
  • To comply with all Legislation communicated through the Hygiene Policy, the Quality System and Briefings.
Production & Quality;
  • Operate to the required standards on all filling line equipment;
    • Rinser/filler/cappers
    • Labellers - wet glue, self-adhesive, tax stamps
    • Packers - Multi-pack / case / tray & shrink
    • Inspection
    • Depalletiser / Palletisers
    • Coding machines - bottle/label/case
  • Complete all relevant production documentation / records
  • Perform quality checks and complete required documentation/records, using gauges, instruments and data recording system
Do to the nature of the role some production or manufacturing experience would be preferred.Initially a 3 month contract, for committed individuals this is a temp to permanent opportunity.
