Job Description

Senior Mechanical Engineer x2Eltham, Southeast London, FulltimeSalary: £45,000 - £60,000The Company:Our client has been combining excellence and innovation for over 40 years. Past projects include schools, hospitals, fire stations, churches, and care homes.As an organisation, they are accredited with all the relevant technical, industrial, and quality management bodies. All their partners, and many of their staff, also hold individual qualifications from RIBA, RICS, APM, CIBSE and IET, or have a relevant accreditationin relation to their roles.The Role and Responsibilities:Due to the growth of their Building Services discipline, our client is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

  • The successful candidate should have a progressive outlook to help drive the delivery of their mechanical services within the well-established Building Services and Environmental Team in their London Office.
  • Collaborating with their architectural, building and quantity surveying groups to deliver projects throughout their life cycle in conjunction.
Current Projects include Education SectorExtensions and Refurbishment of Primary & Secondary School, Commercial SectorOffice Fitouts, Industrial Buildings, Vehicle Workshops etc, Residential SectorNew Build Residential Developments, Blue Light Sector.
  • The successful candidate should be a fully chartered engineer,
  • With 2 to 4 years post qualification experience in a consultant environment with the ability to mentor and lead project groups.
  • This role requires you to be DBS checked at an enhanced level and to obtain police vetting. These applications will be made by our client once a job offer has been accepted.
  • The Police vetting process requires you to have been permanently resident in the UK for 3 continuous years.
