Job Description

Our client are an exciting,independent estate agency operating in all areas of South London,Kent and Surrey.The company launched in 2014 with nothing but a computer,mobile phone and printer working out of a business centre.Since then the company have openedtwo high street offices,employed 15 members of staff,with further plans to expand opening a third office this year.The company offer their employees the security of a long lasting career,knowing their success is looking after their staff.Regular get-together events are held at bars,pubs,restaurants etc as well as days out,to keep the team spirit alive.Quarterly teammeetings are held in a central location where awards and prizes are given.The directors of the company have also set targets where if met a fully paid weekend break to a European destination is planned.A dual role Property Consultant is sought for both Sales and Lettings.This will be based in the newly re-furbished Eltham office.The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and conducting viewings,obtaining feedback from the viewings,aimingto take reservation deposits for lettings and offers on sales properties.Ideally you will have a minimum of one years experience in the property industry,either sales or lettings.You must be hungry for success with the flexibility to work after hours and extra hours to accommodate the needs of the clients.You must hold a full UK drivers licence and own your own car. This vacancy is available for an immediate start.Salary package and benefits of the Property Consultant role include:

  • Basic £16,000 to £17,000
  • OTE £30,000 to £35,000
  • Generous commission percentages
  • Incentives and additional income revenue
  • Reviews £10 per review payable monthly
  • Landlord referral £150 bonus
  • Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm Sat 9.45am to 4pm(day off given in the week)
  • Annual leave 28 days
  • Expanding company
  • Based in newly refurbished office
Responsibilities of the Property Consultant role include:
  • Arranging viewings for both sales and lettings properties
  • Conducting pre-tenancy inspections in accordance with offer conditions
  • Obtaining feedback from clients who have viewed properties
  • Supporting the rest of the team
Skills needed for the Property Consultant role include:
  • A minimum of 1 years sales experience in property(lettings or sales)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • The flexibility to work after hours and extra hours(if needed)to get the job done
  • Self-motivation as well as the ability and courtesy to work well in a team
  • Well spoken with easy telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Desire to progress your career within the estate agency sector
