Hiring!!New Business Account Handler to £35,000pa Our client - an established and well known community insurance brokerage, based on the borders of Croydon & Kent are looking to expand their small and friendly team by recruiting a multi-skilled New Business Account Handler who can add value to the Brokerage.You will play an integral part of a small business by converting sales enquiries for a range of Commercial SME Package and Property risks. Enquiries will be incoming by a variety of sources: referrals, historic client relationships and introducer companies.You will use SSP to quote and although this is a huge advantage, full training will be provided.In addition to broking you will support the Company Owner in key relationship management by developing both Insurer and Introducer company relationships. Creating and analysing monthly reports will also form part of your general responsibilities.Experience required:

A minimum of 3 years broking experience, preferably in converting SME Package quotes

Confident in your ability to build rapport with clients, insurers and introducers

Experience in creating and analysing monthly performance reports and being able to provide sound advice on improvements and ideas

SSP systems knowledge is advantageous, however full training will be provided
