• Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the EYFS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

• Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring that each child receives individualized support and reaches their full potential
• Collaborate effectively with parents and carers to support their childs learning at home
• Foster a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning

• Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a similar setting.
