Do you have experience working with children with Special needs Do you enjoy the feeling of helping and supporting your students Grade A Recruitment are looking for SEND Supply Teachers for a School in Huntingdon.The successful Teaching Assistant will need to be:• Available immediately;• Resilient and able to hit the ground running in an situation that can sometimes be challenging;• Able to build up a strong and optimistic rapport with the children and young people you’re supporting;We welcome applications from Teaching Assistants with a Level 2 and/or 3 Qualification in Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent, as well as from individuals with a Support Worker and/or Career background.To be considered for the position as a Teaching Assistant, you must:• Have experience of supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Difficulties, Social, Emotional and Behavioural (SEBD) Difficulties and/or Autism (ASD/ASC)• Be effective with handling behaviour and confident in using behaviour management techniquesAt Grade A , we take our responsibilities seriously and our aim is to ensure you are well supported and rewarded for your efforts.
