The company has an embedded safety culture, technically challenging work across the different parts of the business and some of the best training available in theenergy industry.Essar is committed to playing a key role in the decarbonisation of the UK.The RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity for an In-House Projects (IHP) Team Leader to lead the Engineering Team. The role holder will be responsible for the effective management of the IHP team ( 17 positions) and the interfaces with discipline engineers,technologists and support departments, to ensure alignment to the project delivery plan. The IHP team will be responsible for the development of a$5/10 million annual capex portfolio of multi-discipline projects at Stanlow, ensuring that safety, projectquality and cost management standards are maintained.About YouOur ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background, with substantial experience of plant maintenance delivery or project management. You must have experience of end to end project management to ensure projects are delivered compliantly, on timeand within budget. You will work with internal and external key stakeholders engaging at all levels and you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of the In-House Projects governance model, including project planning and reviewing cost effectivesolutions.ApplicationThe closing date for the vacancy will be 28 July 2021 at midday.
