These roles provide full training and unmatched earning potential.We are seeking dedicated Road Marking Operatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying road markings to highways and commercial areas in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability towork in a fast-paced environment.Location: Main pick-up point in Ellesmere Port, travel to sites (no overnight stays required)Position: Road Marking Operative - Full timeSalary: OTE £30,000- £35,000 in the first 12 months- Overtime & travel time paid- Weekend Availability- Opportunities to progressShift times will vary depending on when the job is complete/travel time, but normal working hours are Mon- Fri 7:30am-4:30pmKey Responsibilities:- Applying road markings in accordance with project specifications- Operating road marking equipment and machinery- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets health and safety regulations- Assisting with traffic management and road closures as requiredRequirements:- Full UK driving licence required- manual- Flexibility to adapt to changing work patterns- Previous highways experience desirable- CSCS card desirable- HGV Class 2 licence desirableWhy you should work for L&R Roadlines:- Exceptional earning potential- Overtime paid, travel time, evenings, weekends & bank holidays, paid at time and half, double time.- Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays- Pension- Uniforms provided- Full training- Onsite Parking, also accessible via public transport- Transport arranged from main pick-up point- Promotion opportunitiesIf you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for progression, we would love to hear from you.
