The role and responsibilities of a Marketing Campaign Manager:The purpose of this role is to drive demand generation and marketing qualified leads to support new customer acquisition. You will bringthe marketing plan to life through campaign strategy including content, web, press, email, social and digital. Workingcollaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team colleagues, you will also build and maintain effective relationships within the Commercial team and across the wider business. This role also includes:
  • Plan, develop, execute and measure marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure deliverables are on brand, on time and to budget.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaign initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the lead journey process and nurturing workflows.
  • Apply knowledge of marketing automation to set up and deploy scheduled nurture engagement.
  • Understand an extensive product portfolio within the company and across the broader group.
  • Put together clear, product-aligned and outcome-orientated briefs for internal or agency execution, as appropriate.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to amplify the company brand messaging.
  • Deliver through own endeavours and through working collaboratively with Commercial Team marketing campaign executives.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Marketing Campaign Manager:
  • Degree in marketing, advertising and / or communications.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Hubspot.
  • Experience of B2B marketing of technology / software solutions for corporate / enterprise organisations.
  • Experience of working with third party suppliers.
  • Detailed understanding of social media platforms.
  • Track record of delivering high-performing marketing campaigns
  • Highly organised and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver against deadlines.
  • Superb planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills.
  • Can-do attitude and ethos of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
