An innovative and award-winning Educational consultancy seek a proactive Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator to promote customer engagement with our resources and products for primary and secondary schools, through various marketing channels.You will join a supportive, dynamic and successful team where your actions will support continued business growth through driving new sales into the business. This is an office-based position working 18 hours per week, ideally in the mornings, although flexibility is offered for the right candidate together with real opportunities for progression. The Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator will be involved with the following activities:- Organising and analysing existing data to deliver targeted customer lists for our educational products and services- Researching and contacting schools and academies to capture and maintain prospective customer information- Organising existing marketing collateral and preparing for attendance at events and exhibitions- Co-ordinating and delivering content through various social media channels- Co-creating newsletters, blogs and flyers- Maintaining relevant award calendars and information relating to the school yearThe ideal Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator will demonstrate the following:- Excellent communication skills, with a high standard of written English evident and the ability to mirror the tone of existing material- The confidence to speak with schools and headteachers to capture information- Advanced MS Excel abilities to maintain and manipulate customer information- Competence with key marketing tools and social channels to include Publisher, Canva, Hootsuite, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest- Being creative, proactive and curious- The ability to be effective within a small and dedicated team, where individual contribution and support to others is key to our success- An understanding of the education sector is helpful but not essential- Please note that the role is subject to a DBS checkThe closing date for applications for this role is the 17th December 2020.If this sounds like the Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator role for you click apply now.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
