They are looking for part-time and full-time roles. The school is a very compassionate and a nurturing environment and looking for like-minded people tojoin their amazing team. This position is to support students in making great strides in their learning and developmental needs as well as supporting the teacher in the class environment.Your new role:Teaching assistants will need to be flexible in the classroom and school to best suit the needs of the children. Showing an interest in working with children is expected and actively supporting their learning and development. The teaching assistant willbe expected to work in a team based environment but also show initiative when working alone.* Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation* Possibly working with small groups or 1-1* Support class learning and behavioursWhat you will need to succeed:The teaching assistant position will require the applicant to be passion and motivated with working in a schools. You will need to have an interest in working with children.
