The role and responsibilities of a Lead HR Process Analyst:The Lead HR Process Analyst will lead, motivate and manage a team within the Process and Content Team. They will analyse client HR processes, provide recommendations for improvement and translate the process into an optimised, intuitive and robust digitalexperience for HR and line managers within the AdviserPlus set of applications.
  • All people matters from recruitment through to retention of the HR Process Analysts.
  • Fulfil the role of workstream lead on implementations where appropriate.
  • Seeking out opportunities to make efficiencies, both process and budgetary related.
  • To represent and effectively articulate the capabilities and potential of the AdviserPlus technologies and service delivery model in the context of HR process and client ambitions.
  • To facilitate workshops of working groups to map the transition from the as is state to the to be design and document the outputs.
  • To document HR processes and user journeys in written and visual formats ideally to industry standard.
  • To factor into process design the down-stream impact of configuration on resulting management information.
  • To support client implementations including but not limited to migration activity and user acceptance testing of deliverables.
  • To present the solutions to prospective clients in business development engagements.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lead HR Process Analyst:Essential
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • The ability to effectively challenge and feedback where necessary.
  • Strong process analysis and documentation capability.
  • Ability to explain HR technology concepts to those unfamiliar with them.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Efficiency of effort and ability to manage competing resources and priorities.
  • Strong influencing skills of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Adept with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and a range of process management tools (e.g. Visio).
Desirable
  • A proven track record in the ability to lead, engage and motivate a team.
  • HR process experience.
  • Best practice process modelling experience (e.g. BPMN).
