The role holder manages the Projects Department on a day to day basis and will provide single point accountability for the departments delivery. They will be responsiblefor managing the agreed Essar Oil UK project portfolio safely, on schedule, within budget and with zero environmental incidents.About YouOur ideal candidate should have significant experience within the oil industry, preferably in a projects department, EPC or similar. You should be a degree qualified engineer with strong communication and excellent team leadership skills, as you will bemanaging multi-discipline teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should have a sound understanding of Safety and Quality management systems and procedures and have proven ability as a team player and leader.
