My client, a high end retailer specialising in high end fashion are recruiting for a senior sales/Keyholder/ to join the team asap due to internal progression.This position is different to most retail positions due to the clientele and products. The company have been in operation for over 30 years with stores across the UK and brands across the globe.The typical duties whilst working in this position are (but not limited to):- Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant manager the appointed person will be a part of the leadership team, driving sales and service.- Assist with driving the development of store practices and customer service.- Achieving and maintaining high mystery shop scores.- Assist with stock checking.- Be a Keyholder and carry out call out responsibilities.- Help with merchandising where necessary.- 1-2-1 interactions with customers - understand needs, answer questions and give recommendations where possible- Plus much more.Typically the store is open Monday to Sunday between 10:00 - 20:00 Sunday to Friday and 09:00 - 21:00 on Saturdays.
