Job Description

Account ManagerSalary: £22,000 + BonusHours of Work: 09:00 - 17:30, Monday - FridayBenefits: Hybrid Working, Social Events, Enhanced Annual Leave, Enhanced Pension Contribution and many moreThis Ellesmere Port based client is on the lookout for an enthusiasticcandidate ideally with a travel background, who is looking to move into an account manager role and join an ever-growing team. The Account Manager will need to be flexible with regardsto travel, as you will have the opportunity to attend conferences and client meetings.Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients, drive sales growth and develop new sales opportunities with clients by telephone and setting up video and face to face meetings.
  • Support the growth of products.
  • Attend at client visits, meetings, events and familiarisation trips (possible overseas travel)as necessary.
  • Communicate new product developments.
  • Analyse sales, looking into trends and opportunities.
  • Provide stakeholders with market insights and reports.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure the smooth running of campaigns.
About You
  • Ideally, experience of working the travel industry.
  • Results driven.
  • Great organisational skills and proactive.
  • Are commercially minded
  • Have a strong customer service ethic.
