Job Description

Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are exclusively working with a major Manufacturer based in Elland in the search for a Production Scheduler.My client is looking for a Production Scheduler to efficiently plan project based production across the site. The successful incumbent will be expected to control stock, whilst ensuring the technical restrictions are adhered to. This role requires a soundanalytical technique and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Production Managers when generating production plans to ensure resources available.
  • Monitor and control stocks and challenge variances
  • Communicate with sales, technical and production to ensure that throughput is in accordance with the plan and in line with customer specifications
  • Ensure awareness of new products, changes to specifications and promotions.
Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain would be keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills and experiences:
  • Experience operating within a manufacturing environment
  • Highly organised individual with the ability to maintain records
  • Confident communicator in order to maximise efficiencies across the production process.
  • SAP experience is essential
