Job Description

Our client are a leading facilities services provider of choice for businesses nationwide.Their scalable service makes them an ideal fit for businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to large multi-site companies. They are now seeking a talented IT technician to provide 2nd line support across their business.I am seeking the following skills and experience:Key Skills:

  • Windows
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Networking
  • Switches
  • Firewalls
  • Knowledge of Hardware - PC, Laptops
  • Antivirus applications
Roles and responsibilities include:
  • Dealing with 1st/2nd Line support calls for a range of clients
  • Call management and escalating technical issues when necessary
  • Providing on-site and remote installations
  • Resolving customer issues via telephone or via remote management software
  • Installation, service and support of IT Infrastructures
Working hours:
  • Normal working hours - shifts between 08:00am - 18:00pm Mon - Friday
  • Out of hours support - on call rota 24/7 support
