Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Services Representative to work at a leading Energy Provider based in Elland.   • You will be responsible for liaising with clients to assist in any queries relating to the running of their energy contracts, both professionally and accurately.
  • In order to do this, you will be responsible for liaising with energy suppliers & distribution network operators to ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • You will ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner and in line with company guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for liaising with other teams within the business to keep them fully updated on any issues which may affect their work
  • Provide general administrative support to the office & carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
  • Continuously strive to increase market knowledge by reviewing Market & Industry intel and other updates communicated to the business
  • Submit weekly reports and planners to the Client Services Manager
  • Demonstrate awareness of internal processes and provide suggestions for process improvement
  • Provide reception cover as and when required
  • Participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones.
As the successful Customer Services Representative, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisation & attention to detail
  • Be effective at working as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
The hours of work are Monday to Friday - 9AM - 5PM, NO weekends or late shifts involved!Does all this sounds great, then what is in it for you
