Job Description

Sales Administrator - Asset FinanceEgham£25,000We are currently handling an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a busy and varied role, and will include:

  • Providing administrative support to Account Managers and Partners
  • Creating contracts and new business documents
  • Reviewing and checking documents for activation and payment
  • Liaising with the Sales and Credit departments
  • Liaising with customers on behalf of relevant Account Managers
  • Checking that invoices are approved and paid out according to credit terms
  • General office administration duties as required
  • To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Previous Sales Administration experience
  • Experience of creating/processing/checking customer documentation
  • Experience within Asset Finance/Leasing would be an advantage
  • Able to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Intermediate level MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Good time management and organisation skills
