- Manage our paid media channels, including programmatic display, social, SEM, and paid app
- Run rigorous testing programmes to identify and optimize our most effective channels
- Cultivate strategic relationships with our agency, media, and technology partners
- Use your data analysis skills to draw insights and make informed decisions about budget allocation, channel mix and team focus.
- Communicate your findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- Lead and develop your team; help them achieve their goals

Qualifications

Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field
Extensive relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing online growth marketing channels
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong understanding of data analysis and testing concepts
Ability to identify methods for collecting data, perform advanced data analyses, and articulate your findings
Seasoned team leader with a proven track record of success
