This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue the long-termgood for our business, our employees and our customers, even in these challenging times.The Contract Specialist will support our corporate sales teams and legal teams by managing compliance within the sales contract playbook, coordinating requests for contracts, commercial proposals and other related documents. The Contract Specialist willhelp facilitate a process to manage and track renewals/expirations/contract obligations and implement contract management best practices. In this role, the Contract Specialist will advise our internal sales team on the various risks, business strategies andother issues related to commercial agreements, and will also assist with the continuous development of the commercial team and its processes.Responsibilities

  • Maintains the integrity of the sales contract playbook in partnership with the EU legal and sales team.
  • Responds to complex enquiries regarding contract obligations, modifications and revisions
  • Responsible for coordinating and recording the approval and governance within the agreed framework of the sales contract framework
  • Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continuous review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
  • Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, renewals, etc.

  • Identifies business risks associated with contractual commitments and collects and organises information in support of business risk assessments
  • Responsible for consultation and escalation to leadership, of contractual, business or contract management positioning issues
  • Acts as the primary contact between the sales team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
  • Responsible for informing the sales team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance
  • Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods and processes
  • Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of Enterprise’s major business areas in order to communicate effectively with the sales team and provide relevant advice in line with the sales contact playbook.
  • Responsible for implementation of contract management best practices, processes and assure consistency across all contracts
  • Collaborates with the contract specialists in St louis to drive best practice sharing.
Qualifications
  • Paralegal Certificate Preferred
  • Project management experience Preferred.
  • Must have previous experience of managing multinational commercial contract compliance.
