Our mission, along with our uncompromising commitment to customers, has made Enterprise a genuinesuccess story and a truly special place to work.Are you an inquisitive person with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, highly organized and excited about how our technology will evolve for the future to support our customers and employeesWith the continued evolution and growth of the role of technology in all aspects of our business, we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner, based in Egham, Surrey to join the expanding Global Product team!ABOUT THE ROLEThe European based arm of the Product Management team is responsible for the in-market support for the business-critical products and services that support the Enterprise Holdings business and operations in Europe, ensuring regional and local business needsare considered in the development of our technology.This position will be responsible for product development in Europe and will focus primarily on reservation and rental management tools that interact with our customers customizable workflows and management systems for owned and non-owned assets (includingthird-party owned systems).ResponsibilitiesProduct Owners are responsible for the execution of the product development vision and strategy for their assigned products. They work with a variety of partners to understand business requirements, build and maintain the product backlog, successfully leaddevelopment efforts through their respective life cycles including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums.Product Owners provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehensionand consumption by IT and other business partners. Product Owners assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful customer enablement within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders.They also monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned products to evaluate product performance and adoption.As a Product Owner you may be assigned sole responsibility for an individual Product, inclusive of development and support, or support other Product Owners or Product Managers across a suite of products.Qualifications

• Understanding of the Product Management discipline and processes
• A good understanding of the Insurance Replacement lines of business or claims process would be beneficial
• An interest in future technologies
