Job Description

Overview Enterprise Holdings EU Headquarters in Egham, Surrey, are looking for a talented EMEA Franchise Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing the planning and execution of effective marketing initiatives from concept to launch that support brandand business objectives across the EMEA franchise network. You will work closely with our Franchise Marketing Director, as well as the wider marketing teams in both Europe and North America, to define and implement strategies to support our brand and businessgrowth objectives across the network.Working collaboratively with both franchise and internal business partners, you will drive our brands marketing efforts to deliver marketing plans that will deliver against our marketing objectives. These insight/data-led marketing plans must connect withkey target audiences and drive desired outcomes for both inbound to franchise markets and domestic within franchise markets.The role will require close relationships with key stakeholders including key Franchise partners, Franchise operations and support teams, EU and North American marketing teams; specifically Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Martech, Product, Sponsorship,Media, Comms, Brand Activation and Brand Identity. You will also be required to lead, inspire, set direction and coach the franchise network of marketeers to achieve business goals.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute the development of business and marketing goals
  • Build, maintain and grow key relationships with stakeholders including key franchise partners, franchise operations and support teams, EU & North America marketing teams.
  • Serve as the point person for all marketing support throughout the region, including but not limited to the following:
    • Organic Search, Paid Search, Affiliate, Web Development and Digital Teams
    • Brand Identity, Trade Dress and Store Design
    • and Identity, Trade Dress and Store Design
    • Creative, Media and Sponsorship
    • Loyalty and Analytics
    • Brand Publicity
  • Provide creative, production, media, communications, public relations, sponsorship, social media and digital department personnel with well-documented input, support data and reference materials as required; ensuring that marketing strategies are clearlydefined, approved by stakeholders, and understood by cross-functional teams
  • Schedule and plan for both short-term and long-term tasks and goals
  • Lead franchise network team in gathering insights to inspire creative development process while maintaining brand standards and strategy
  • Work in a proactive manner to provide business partners with insights and marketing plans that provide the greatest amount of added value through communications and marketing expertise. Work with partners to help them develop tailored marketing plans, whichoutline specific strategies and tactics designed to capitalize on the opportunities identified and agreed upon for their individual markets
  • Conduct regular meetings and phone calls with our franchise partners to develop a strong understanding of individual market conditions, needs and opportunities
  • Maintain vital communication with Enterprise Holdings marketing colleagues in both Europe and North America, building relationships to help ensure effective communications, workflow and global synergies
  • Seek out new, innovative opportunities and play a critical role in their communication and development
  • Provide monthly status on key initiatives, through measurement and reporting on progress
  • Collaborate with the franchise operations and support teams (Sales, Revenue Management) to promote communication and alignment between business and marketing goals and initiatives
  • Share best practices from both franchise and Corporate markets activities across the network
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field of business
  • Extensive experience of comprehensive, end-to-end marketing
  • Experience working with multiple markets and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in the concept and development of marketing initiatives/campaigns to drive business growth
  • Ability to define opportunities and/or problems, collect and analyse data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with capacity to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience leading Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer initiatives from start to finish to drive brand and revenue growth
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
