Were seeking someone with a proven track record of leading process development and optimization initiatives, as well as someone who is passionate about supporting the continual career development of team members.ABOUT THE TEAMThe Engineering Delivery Services team is responsible for the development and execution of implementation plans and processes. This includes new technology rollouts, existing solution refreshes and the continued provision of IT services required to opennew locations across Europe. The team engage in delivering a wide range of infrastructure technology solutions, including but not limited to, WAN, WiFi, End Point, Mobility and Payment solutions. The team accomplish this through partnering with global ITcolleagues, working with multiple internal business stakeholders and engaging with external vendor organisations.Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities on a day-to-day basis, including technical support for individual tasks.
  • Establishes / monitors key performance metrics for the team to ensure compliance of established standards.
  • Will assist in managing customer and vendor relationships.
  • Directs and coordinates all team activities.
  • Performs people management activities, including career development/support, training and annual performance reviews.
  • Determines time and resources needed to complete assignments and goals including mid/long term capacity planning.
  • Interprets and administers company policies that directly affect subordinates.
  • Develops and maintains procedures that support team activities associated with specific area of expertise or responsibility; leads individuals in adhering to and supporting team procedures.
  • Identifies, communicates, and implements potential changes to procedures within own team.
  • Leads team members to understand, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks/projects.
  • Enforces quality standards for products or services.
  • Fosters a collaborative and diverse team environment.
  • Connects and engages team in the business.
  • leads the team in process improvements; recommends enhancements that result in increased quality and efficiencies.
  • Defines and manages services level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards; identifies opportunities for improvement; ensures requirements are met.
  • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions.
Qualifications
  • Highly experienced professional with broad expertise focusing on operational, tactical, and strategic activities.
  • Experience leading teams delivering medium to large scale project deployments across multiple regions.
  • Experience delivering informal and formal presentations to various levels of stakeholder.
  • Experience helping analyse, proposing and implementing process and procedure improvements.
  • Experience of informal and formal coaching / mentoring team members.
  • Has been responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service.
About The Location:Our primary office location is in Egham, Surrey. This is a hybrid role.
