We are searching for an experienced Import Clerk to join our clients operations department and play an integral part in helping to support the business by ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met.This position would be suitable for an experienced Import Clerk with knowledge of Air and/or Ocean Freight.Duties: Dealing with import shipments from start to finish, Air/Sea and road Customs entries Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times Liaise with the customer on system related issuesRequirements: Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy Cargowise experience Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Customer focused Good time management with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines High level of PC literacy
