Overview Enterprise Holdings has an opening for a Graphic Artist to join its EU Creative, Media & Sponsorship team, based at its European Headquarters in Egham, Surrey (hybrid working permitted). Given this role will involve internal and external communications acrossall three Enterprise Holdings brands, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car across EMEA, we are looking for a good all-round Graphic Artist, who has an eye for design with the ability to express concepts visually. They need to createa variety of innovative marketing materials with imagination, executing from concept to pre-press production.The successful candidate will be self-driven, motivated and have a keen interest to stay current with design trends, cultural trends, software programs, social media etc. They will need to be able to make decisions and prioritise their workload independently.Theywill have a proven record in graphic design, either with an agency or in-house. In addition, candidates must be able to demonstrate both strategic and creative thinking in their previous roles and evidence of how this has made a positive impact. Responsibilities

• Design and create the layout and/or copy for a variety of innovative marketing materials applying knowledge of company products and marketing objectives. Marketing materials would include web/online communications or tiles, sales cards, postcards, banners,statement stuffers, inserts, posters, signs, trade show elements, brochures, catalogues, flyers, newsletters, ads (print ads included), forms, price lists, bulletins, and direct mail pieces by efficiently using computer software
• Ensure the quality and accuracy by proofing own work or the work of production artists, producing proof copies for review by others and revising materials according to written directions on proofs, always ensuring final product quality before release
• Periodically design and develop special marketing materials or promotional items for various project/events requested by the groups and/or upper management
• Produce and edit video content and studio quality photography as required.
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to deadlines, and track projects by following procedures for assignment of job numbers and schedules and reporting on status of assigned projects.
• Update and customise existing artwork and marketing materials templates applying knowledge of company products and marketing objectives, or according to directions from project work order or group request.
• Stay current with design trends, cultural trends, software program, social media etc. to contribute high level, up to date ideas and insight for creative materials and projects in departmental meetings.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelors degree in graphic arts or a related field preferred
• Industry experience

Skilled in the following:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office with a good understanding of presentation design e.g. PowerPoint
• Experience with digital-based design using HTML, CSS
• A good understanding of Motion Design e.g. After Effects / Premier Pro is desirable
• Experience working on MAC and PC platforms
