You should feel confident in your abilities to learn as much as youneed to be clear on a situation and then be able to communicate it back to customers.The job involves extensive time working at a computer. The selected candidate must pass a background check before officially joining. Moreover, a flexible work-from-home policy is available following probation.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop bug fixes and new features for the company platform
• Co-ordinate with the team to ensure good forecasting of deliverables
• Consider the right tool for the right job and come forward with suggestions of how best to implement your tasks

Required Experience:

• User Interface, which is made with React and SASS/SCSS
• APIs, which are ExpressJS apps on NodeJS
• Github for code management
• Basic experience of working with CLIs in Linux
• Solid grasp of how the web works, including HTTP requests, cookies, APIs, single-page apps, etc
• Familiarity with varying data file formats - CSV, JSON, XML
• Ability to navigate new npm modules to help find solutions

Desirable Experience:

• Cloud hosting platforms - Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, CosmosDB, Storage Blobs/Queues, Virtual Machines) and Cloudflare (Workers, KV)
• Databases, MS SQL Server and Clickhouse
• JIRA for work management
• Slack and Microsoft Teams for collaboration
• Use of generative AI, e.g. ChatGPT as a coding assistant
