Job Description

Investigo are partnering a growing Technology company in Egham to recruit a newly created Financial Accountant, with direct exposure to the CFO.This role will be a perfect move for someone straight for practice or currently working as a Financial Accountant in industry already.Duties will include:

  • Reviewing and updating processes for financial reporting
  • Assisting with preparation of statutory accountants
  • Responsible for management accounts at month end, budgeting and forecasting
  • Researching and helping implement accounting standards change and application of excisting standards as and when they become relevant
  • Key point of contact for external auditors
  • Providing ad hoc reports for CFO including financial analysis and financial modelling when required

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Experience in Audit or current in a financial accountant role
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Awareness of financial standards and financial reporting developments and ability to review and interpret new standards
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels of management
