The PositionLocated in a beautiful country setting with over 200 bedrooms including over 30 suites, the hotel offers Guests the finest in Hospitality service to include fabulous dining experiences, elegant event spaces and extensive spa and fitness facilities.The Director of Rooms will provide strategic leadership and hands-on daily operational guidance to the Rooms Division; including Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations, Bell/Valet, Housekeeping and Spa Departments. You will ensure the achievement of establishedquality and guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in similar position within operations in luxury hotel environment
  • Proactive with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong background with strategic vision, planning and understanding of the competitive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the rooms division operational departments.
  • Ability to develop, coach and mentor operational managers.
  • A strong understanding of luxury service and luxury guest expectations.
