Motor Claims handlerUp to £26 000 depending on experienceEgerton, Bolton21 days holiday plus bank holidays, Birthdays off, Pension, Annual reviews, sports and social activities, casual dress plus moreWe are looking to speak with experienced Motor claim handlers to work for a reputable general Insurance business client of ours. They are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.Our client has been servicing the Insurance Broker industry for 25 years and employs hundreds of staff. As they have grown, they have acquired more companies and services to their Group, meaning they can support their brokers in various areas of their business!You will have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Motor Claims handler ideally with a CII Certificate or working towards one.What you will be doing:

Handle First Notification Motor Claims
Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 6 months experience as a Motor Claims Handler
CII Certificate preferred
