Job Description

My client is small, but growing Multi Academy Trust based in Edmonton, North London, looking to recruit an interim Finance Assistant for a long-term assignment.The role is part of the central finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Officer.In detail the role will cover:

Assisting with processing purchase orders
Accurate coding and processing of invoices
Preparing and reviewing BACS runs
Processing of ad-hoc payments
Checking/processing of staff expense claims
Raising sales invoices and credit control
Assist with reconciliation of supplier statements
Resolving supplier queries
Supporting in submitting new supplier requests
Assisting with credit card reconciliations

Applications are sought from individuals with similar transactional accounting experience, who are available at short notice. The role will be based at the school site for five days a week.
