Job Description

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Telephonist to join our client in Edinburgh, City Centre. This role would be starting ASAP for around 3 months. Paying £10.25 an hour. Working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.Duties and Tasks:

  • Receive calls and direct them to appropriate person or department
  • Deal with a high number of calls each day
  • Take messages if required, obtaining full details of caller and reason for call
  • Operate switchboard to connect outgoing calls or to relay incoming or internal calls
  • Reports any faults on telephone operating system
  • Update directories
  • Carry out basic administration tasks
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Polite and well mannered
  • Have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Administration skills
