Job Description

Office Angels have a very exciting opportunity for a Telephonist/Receptionist to join our clients busy team in Edinburgh City Centre. This role is hybrid, though upon joining our client would ask you to be in the office for training, thereafter the teamis flexible on days in office. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30pm-5:30pm with a salary of £22,000.Our client is on the lookout for a Telephonist to join their client solutions team to help them deliver a first-class service to their clients and advisers. Integral to this role is customer service.This means being a pro at maintaining a healthy balance between delivering on the customers needs and expectations, while managing a dynamic and varied workload. Youll become the first point of contact with our client, and theyll be relying on you tospin different plates and manage multiple queries at the same time. The best thing about this role is the impact youll be able to make to the customers, providing an exceptional service ensuring theyre at the heart of everything you do.As the face of the business, it goes without saying that youll be organised. You know that working in a collaborative way will result in better ideas and youll take a great deal of pride in how you manage relationships both face to face and over the phone.Youll be joining an energetic and collaborative team that supports each other and is always learning and developing.This is varied role, where you are the first point of call within the company, whilst the role is for telephonist it will have some admin elements. The variation of calls includes requests from clients and advisers meaning youre always on the go and supportedto learn as much as possible by the incredible team around you.A bit about youYour friends would probably describe you as the helpful one - youll be the go-to person who always puts their hands up to support others and thrives doing so. Youll be happiest when working closely with others and helping them to achieve great outcomes.Youll always be seen to be approachable and loves to continuously improve the ways in which you work.Every day will be different in this role, examples of how youll spend your time are:

  • Managing calls in to our client line as well as supporting other calls for the client solutions team whilst communicating across multiple channels
  • Supporting the client solutions team on administration tasks including mail and email
  • Raising requests and updating requests on the workflow system
  • Participating in ongoing and new projects
  • Expanding and sharing your knowledge of the Nucleus platform and the wider business
  • Working in close partnership with clients to maximise their customer experience and journey
  • Living and breathing the Nucleus values and know how the approach you take impacts the client.

  • Previous experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience prioritising high impact work, but never neglecting the finer details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office.
