Job Description

An opportunity for an experienced Team Co-ordinator or Administrator to join a busy team. This is a hands-on and varied role. If you are enthusiastic and have experience managing multiple priorities at once this is a great opportunity to help a busy team who are continuing to expand their portfolio.Key Responsibilities

  • Co-co-ordinating and maintaining efficient diary management
  • Organising all travel (domestic and international) for the team and the Executive team when they visit from overseas
  • Updating expense and credit card reconciliations on behalf of the team
  • Attending meetings with senior management and documenting appropriately
  • Updating weekly Business Continuity tracker
  • Updating PBSA Deals Pipeline tracker when required
  • Helping management with signing documentation
  • Regular discussions with the HR Team
  • Maintaining procedures/office administrative systems and making sure these are up to date
  • Preparing letters, bid letters, presentations and reports on behalf of the team as and when required
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries
  • Ordering stationery
  • Managing office budget
  • What you need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience of all Microsoft Office work packages
  • Ability to work under his/her own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate across a range of operational and development staff
