Join Our Team as a Store Manager!Are you passionate about Scotlands heritage and ready to lead a team to successOur client, a renowned retail business specialising in quality fabrics, clothing, and interiors, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Store Manager to take charge of their flagship store in the heart of Edinburgh!Why Our Client

  • Operating in over 500 tartans globally through websites, Edinburgh and USA stores, and pop-up events.

Your Role: As the Store Manager, you will:
  • Manage a happy and productive team, ensuring the store meets company targets and KPIs.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, with a keen eye on maximising profits.
  • Oversee stock management, collaborating with the Operations Manager on new lines and stock plans.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, building relationships with local businesses and the Travel and Tourism Trade.
  • Work hands-on to ensure the stores immaculate presentation, adherence to health and safety regulations, and exceptional customer service.
