They are looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to assist in leading their Asian inspired Kitchen operation. You will assist in leading a dedicated large brigadeand implement fresh menus, in this fast-paced successful award-winning business. Someone who will help harness the talent of the brigade and provide memorable popular far eastern food experiences for its customer base.Ideally the Senior Sous Chef candidate must have had prior experience of producing fresh quality food, to a minimum standard of 1 rosette culinary level. You must possess experience of volume restaurants or similar environments. You will need to be highlyapproachable, as you will be interacting with other senior front of house department heads. You will be delivering innovative fresh Asian fusion and oriental themed dishes in conjunction with the restaurants brands ethos and reputation for quality.Our client requires an experienced Sous Chef, looking to step up into a Senior Sous Chef role, someone that is keen to train, coach and mentor others. While assisting in evolving the venues food services, and food consistency values. You will help the HeadChef deliver with the team, memorable food experiences for the customers and further the reputation of the brands business in the marketplace. Asian food knowledge would be a benefit, but not a deal breaker, as long as you are comfortable delivering qualityfresh produce.As the Senior Sous Chef, you must also be someone that not only possessing strong all-round culinary skills, but also is an effective manager of the kitchen environment.
