About Redmill Advance Redmill Advance is a predominantly B2B learning provider and e-learning specialist mainly offering regulated exam support to help students study for and pass CII and CISI exams. Our programmes are delivered to our clients employees via a learning managementsystem and include reading materials, videos, e-learning content, assessments, and exams.Our Leaning Management System (LMS) proposition (white-labelled for larger clients) is entirely digital, offering our clients and their employees anytime access and on any device.Our extensive content library not only supports employees with their regulatory exams but also includes content to help develop the hard and soft skills and behaviours required to excel in their roles more broadly. At the same time, our LMS allows our clientsthe flexibility and freedom to upload, create and deliver internal training and other content, such content related to company culture, company mission or internal procedures.Separate from our digital content library, our wider corporate proposition also includes supporting businesses via webinar academies where we are responsible for supporting hundreds of new industry entrants each year, getting them qualified, and transitioningthem into the workplace. We also deliver development tracks that allow delegates to transition between key planning roles.Typical clients are international life companies, investment and wealth managers, and financial advisory practices.Job Purpose

• Author content with a focus on the Chartered Insurance Institutes level four framework
• To develop and design learning modules for the Redmill Advance Platform
• To support the development of innovative learning content
• To support our clients with technical queries
• To maintain product and proposition governance

Job Role

• Enhance existing learning programmes with the addition of new content
• Creation of new learning programmes
• Creation and updating of technical exam questions
• Governance of existing products and services
• Ensuring all content is relevant and in line with current CII and CISI syllabus
• Contributing to technical articles in collaboration with the marketing team
• Be a technical point of support for students and clients with complex subject matter
• May occasionally support live training interventions from time to time

Person Specification

• Diploma in finanical planning qualified as a minimum although Advanced qualifications are highly desirable
• A desire to continue to study and develop as the business grows
• Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Adaptable, organised with a commercial understanding
• Exercise good judgement and work without close supervision
• Understands excellent client service
• Seeks to generate creative solutions to problems
• Ability to act as a positive role model for Redmill Advance
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Ability to put yourself in the students shoes and understand the importance of embedding learning
• Experience in creating excellent technical content thats relevant, accurate, and robust.
• Experience of CII and CISI content creation, can write bespoke new content weighted correctly in accordance with the relevant bodies syllabus
