You will be expected to be tenacious in tracking down the targets that will make a difference to our clients. You will be passionate about selling the opportunities we have on offer. You will be an evangelist for our clients and will care about presenting them, our business and the recruitment industry in the best light possible.This is a targeted role where you will be delivering to - you will be measured on the following:Number of CVs sent to vacanciesNumber and ratio of interviews achieved from these CVsNumber of placements generated from activitiesThe amount of money you makeYou will be rewarded for your success by receiving a basic salary and commission/bonus for the revenue you bring in.
